Please note that this submersible aquarium pump must be fully submerged in water before powering on to prevent burning out. Running the pump in the air for an extended period of time can shorten its lifespan and result in loud noises. When changing the water, always remember to disconnect the power supply.
If the pump suddenly stops working or makes strange noises, it may be due to debris blockage. Make sure to clean it regularly, ideally every two months.
Insufficient power and frequency can impact the flow rate of the fountain pump. The maximum flow rate of the pump is 50 GPH without using a pump water pipe. If connected with a pump water pipe, the flow rate will be lower than 50 GPH.
This mini pump features a strainer design, so take precautions to protect baby fishes from being sucked into the pump's front strainer.
